The Beach!

We made it!!!! I'm so excited! We went straight to the beach when we got there to check it out!

Tait and Jack surprised me with a trip to Hilton Head and what a wonderful trip it was! It was the best vacation ever! We were able to stay beach front which made it easier for us pack our chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys and Jack of course! We were also close to literally everything so we were able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. This was Jack's second trip to the beach but he was 4 months when we went to Florida so we both were looking forward to Hilton Head. We were also excited because Kelli, John and Reese were going to be there and we were able to see them a couple of times.

We usually take our vacation with family and now that we have our own family it was definitely nice to do our own thing. I did feel like we were an old couple eating dinner and going to bed really early. Ha ha! We enjoyed spending time together and watching Jack crawl all over the beach, eating sand, playing in the water and our nightly strolls to dinner. We captured a lot of pictures and video so we can always remember this special trip. I will be posting pictures of our fun-filled week! Hope you enjoy!
